We are a family-owned and operated business on the sunny Eastern Shore in Bellerive, Tasmania. We pride ourselves on getting the best results for our customers, riders of all abilities, from the casual commuter to the elite performer. More than just a store; we are a riding community.
You will need to demonstrate your passion for all things bikes as we are serious about our shop motto, “Eat, Sleep, Ride, Repeat”. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do, so you’ve got to be a people person to the core who can develop positive relationships with our customers. Outstanding communication skills are essential, and you will need to impress us with your personal pride, presentation and get up and go. We are looking for someone who gets retail with an eye for store presentation and merchandising, including product placement and re-stocking. Being able to problem solve and confidently navigate tricky situations, including customer complaints, is also imperative. It's modern retail, so social media and e-commerce skills, while not essential, are desirable. Things can get pretty hectic, so an ability to keep calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced team environment is vital, as is a sense of fun, as we believe that life’s too short to be too serious.
We have openings for casual and part-time work, or even full-time for the right person, and you will need to have all day availability on some weekdays and be prepared to work Saturdays (9am - 2:30pm).
