The Trek Precaliber 20 7-Speed is a lightweight kids’ mountain bike for young riders ready to explore beyond the footpath. Its easy-to-use gears, front suspension and child-sized controls make it a great choice for family rides, gravel paths and beginner trails.
A lightweight Alpha Silver Aluminium frame keeps the bike manageable, while the low frame design makes it easier for kids to get on, off and stand confidently over the bike. The Shimano 7-speed twist shifter is simple for smaller hands to operate, and the wide Bontrager tyres provide plenty of grip on sealed and unsealed surfaces.
The Precaliber 20 is generally suited to children aged approximately 5–8 years, or 114–132 cm tall. Age is only a guide, so we recommend visiting Ride Bellerive for professional sizing before purchasing.

The Norco Charger Youth 20 combines a lightweight aluminium frame with trail-ready components normally found on larger mountain bikes. Its low standover height, child-specific geometry and carefully selected controls help younger riders feel comfortable and confident on paths, trails and family adventures.
An adjustable SR Suntour air-suspension fork provides 63mm of travel, allowing the suspension to be tuned for a lighter rider. Shimano 8-speed gearing keeps shifting simple, while powerful Tektro hydraulic disc brakes use junior-sized levers for easier control by smaller hands.
At approximately 10.63kg, the Charger Youth 20 is light enough for young riders to handle without sacrificing durability or capability.
Many children’s bikes use heavy frames and basic components. The Charger Youth 20 is designed as a genuine mountain bike, scaled correctly for a younger rider.
Its lightweight frame makes it easier to steer and control, while the air-suspension fork can be adjusted to suit the rider’s weight. Hydraulic disc brakes offer reliable stopping power in wet or dry conditions, and the uncomplicated 1x8 drivetrain provides a useful range of gears without the confusion of a front derailleur.
