Bikes last longer when they’re properly looked after. Every single part on your bike will last longer if you look after it. If you’re a backyard tinkerer who only calls in after you got in over your head, or you just want to get the professionals to sort it for you, we’ve got every level of service you could need for your bikes for every member of your family.
Gone are the days of having to wait weeks in the queue for your bike's much-needed service = missed riding opportunities.
To have your bike serviced with us, it's now as simple as leaving it with us for 2-3 days, no need to call ahead. We'll have it back to you in next to no time, primed for your next adventure. Anything seriously gnarly requiring special attention and/or parts may push this out.
Our annual service charge is $189+ plus any parts required. Our mechanics will always run you through any additional work before they go ahead with it.
When planning your next service, it is worth having in mind that the annual servicing cost of a standard bicycle is approxiamtely $240. For a dual suspension mountain bike the figure is $380-480, which includes front and rear suspension servicing. This guide is based on the recreational use of a mountain bike, i.e. this is about 1-2 rides a week, in fair weather conditions. More riding + heavier conditions = more wear and increased service needs.
