Finding the right size is essential for comfort and proper protection. Measure your leg while standing, with muscles relaxed, at the points listed below.

How to Measure

1. Thigh:
Measure 10 cm above the centre of the kneecap.

2. Calf:
Measure at the widest point below the knee.

Choose the size that best matches both measurements. If you're between sizes, size up for comfort or down for a firmer, race-fit feel.
