The ONE-FORTY 8000 is a revolutionary trail bike with a lightweight, all-carbon frame and modern trail geometry. It excels in climbing performance and offers excellent downhill capability. The bike features full 29er wheels, Fox Performance suspension, and a SRAM GX wireless drivetrain for effortless performance. With a super-steep 80-degree seat angle, low front end, and bottom bracket, it can handle technical climbs and descents with ease. The new sizing system allows riders to choose a frame with a longer or shorter reach independently of their height. The suspension becomes more progressive as you size up, making it suitable for heavier or harder riders. Merida has also focused on weight reduction, rolling speed, and improved efficiency. Additionally, the bikes come with long travel dropper posts, WIRE PORT cable routing, a reliable threaded bottom bracket, and carbon frames have on-board tool storage and FidLock magnetic bottle cages.
